We begin the design and visualisation process by collaborating with our clients to understand their vision, goals, and budget. Our team creates initial concepts through sketches, mood boards, and digital renderings, integrating themes, colour schemes and spatial layouts.

Advanced software is used to develop 3D models and virtual walkthroughs, allowing clients to visualise the event set up or frame the shot. This includes stage and set design, lighting, sound, and décor.

Feedback is gathered and adjustments are made to refine the design. Detailed plans and timelines are then produced, ensuring all elements are aligned for a seamless execution on the day.
